Dynamic Transformation
Dynamic Transformation happens when there is a rapid perceptual shift from one previously held view of reality to another. It is very difficult to achieve this alone, as we don’t think about ourselves in the same way as we might think about another person. For example, we will not be as empathetic towards our self as we would be towards another person and we will have self-serving biases and blind spots. Having a process that we can be steered through enables us to bring our attention to aspects of our experience that we may not be paying attention to.
Dynamic transformation is a method created by Richard Ellis and Katie Light to develop self awareness of how each individual chooses to represent the external world uniquely. It is a transformational process that radically alters how we feel and experience by shifting our perceptions of a belief or experience.
During the workshop you will learn how to get what you want, what you need to let go of and most importantly find the tools on ‘how to’ make those changes for Dynamic Transformation to occur.
We will be taking you through powerful interactive exercises to help you find what lies beneath presenting issues in your life. It will be a fun and very productive day where you will be stretching yourself to find the answers you are looking for.
How It Works
The day starts at 9am and will finish at 5pm with an outcome.

For the past 20yrs katie has been immersed in the health, wellness and spa Industry. She is a Master in NLP and Reiki and has travelled the world in her capacity as a speaker and trainer. I am thrilled to be collaborating with her finally as Katie brings a great deal of enthusiasm and fun to her work.
