The Body Never Lies is an essential days training for anyone considering working, as a hands-on therapist. Combining body language, posture observation and an understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of the chakra system to discover what, where and why we are holding long standing emotional contractions in the physical body.
What is The Body Never Lies? How can i benefit?
The Body Never Lies is a two day course on posture analysis and its relationship to the chakra system has been developed over 15 years of clinical study and incorporates, posture analysis, chakras, energy healing, time line therapy and perceptual positions.
What will you learn?
During the first day of The Body Never Lies we will explore the notion of non verbal communication and the impact of our life journey on the physical body through the simple observation of our body posture and language.
We will be combining an understanding of the chakras with posture observation to find where and why the body is holding onto trapped emotion and which chakras have historically been restricted and then use energy work to provide a healing opportunity.
During the second day we will be exploring the impact of our thoughts and beliefs on our emotional and physical body in 'The Mandala of Being'. This is a unique process drawn from modern personal development disciplines which enables us to explore and resolve some of our destructive thoughts and beliefs about our personal reality.
