Reiki Practitioner Training

Reiki Training and then on to Reiki Practitioner Training as you progress, often comes about for many after they have experienced the wondeful benefits a single or a series of Reiki treatments. For others, it has been noticing these same benefits in friends and family members after they have received a Reiki Treatment.

It may even begin with a simple curiosity into Reiki itself, and however you made the exciting discovery of Reiki, Practical Reiki can guide you as far as you wish to go. With three stages of Reiki Training, we offer you the chance to learn reiki from Level One, all the way through to Reiki Master, or just as far as you wish to go. To compliment the Reiki Training and assist you to learn reiki fully, Practical Reiki run Reiki Retreats and Reiki Days which can provide you with supervised learning and form part of your continual Professional Development (CPD. First level Reiki Training ~ Reiki Intro Level 1

Reiki Training at the first level of Reiki, is an experiential journey into the subtle world of energy. The student is taken through a series of attunements to Reiki which serves to open up the chakra system and creates a connection between the student and the Reiki lineage of the Master. This attunement opens the student to a flow of Reiki which can then be channelled through various applications.

With reiki training, Dr Usui spoke of Reiki as a vehicle for healing the soul of Mankind and to me this healing occurs by reuniting our self-developed personality, our ego, with our universal self. Reiki Training helps us to realise that we are so much more than all the trials and tribulations that we create to verify we exist, we are able to relax into the arms of our universal self, just as a small hurt child curls into the safety of it’s mothers embrace. In so doing, with a huge sigh, we let go of our investment in staying hurt. This separation from our spiritual home is reflected in our fragmented relationships with the outside world. Reiki Training to Level 1 then, is the seed that is planted within us, for us to awaken inside of reality and begin to explore and navigate in this world as a living breathing universal consciousness.

Second Level Reiki ~ Reiki Practitioner Training Level 2

The second level of Reiki Practitioner Training introduces three symbols and mantras into your practice, the power symbol, the mental/emotional symbol and the distant healing symbol. Each symbol has a specific function and brings new methods which become incorporated into your existing Reiki practice and enhance your ability to channel Reiki in new and exciting ways.

The second level Reiki Practitioner Training allows more participation in the process of Reiki, rather than simply sitting back and watching the energy flowing, we now can be more selective and active in our way of applying Reiki therapeutically.

Reiki Practitioner Training two offers us the tools to self reflect and modify our default settings. As we realize we are not the programmed thoughts, feelings and ideologies that we have inherited as patterns of behaviour. It becomes an adventure and a challenge we wish to undertake to break down these limiting patterns.
